Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Prosync Asia respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

1. Who we are

Prosync Asia ("Prosync", "we", "us") provides manufacturing software and consulting services, including as the authorized ARDIS partner for South East Asia. For any privacy question, contact us at info@prosync.asia.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use it

4. How we store and protect it

Data is held on reputable cloud infrastructure and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each customer's data is tenant-isolated — one customer cannot access another's data. Access is restricted by login and role.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing. We only share data with the service providers necessary to run the platform (such as our cloud hosting and database providers), and where required by law.

6. PDPA compliance

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA 2012) and Malaysia (PDPA 2010). We collect only what we need, use it for the purposes described here, and protect it with reasonable security measures.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Contact info@prosync.asia and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data retention

We keep account and production data for as long as the customer's account is active, and delete or return it on request after the service ends, unless we are required to retain it by law.

9. Cookies

Our software uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the application. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
